What this job involves

·Operation and maintenance at location office& factory facilities

·Facilities systems include clean rooms, air conditioning, electricity, water supply and drainage, process cooling water, exhaust air, high-pressure air, nitrogen, fire protection, etc.

·Patrol of factory facilities; daily maintenance work and abnormal handling; fault improvement and troubleshooting

·Supervision and management of factory environment cleaning and disinfection work

·Ensure snacks/drinks/coffee and daily supply in the pantry

·Execute industrial safety and health management

·Facilities repairs and general affairs work

·Management Facilities operation procedure and records Include making briefing data analysis

·Monitoring and simple troubleshooting of SCADA systems

·Preventive improvement countermeasure capabilities for factory facility maintenance

·Assist in plant engineering improvement and construction project support

· Integrated management of factory supply/construction supplier search and quotation

·Progress control and interface coordination of factory repair or equipment replacement projects

·Workplace responsibility includes Tainan/Kaohsiung/ Chiayi Office

·Work items assigned by the factory manager

·General affairs work such as reception

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Office computer document software processing ability.

• Good communication skills.

• Friendly working attitude, responsibility, Positivity, and patience.

• Babic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Have enthusiasm and interest in this job.

• Junior college or above graduated from science and Engineering related majors

Preferred

• Have working experience in Facilities department

• Junior college or university graduates without work experience is allowed
