Facilities Coordinator (m/w/d) - Tradition trifft Moderne

Bei unserem renommierten Industriekunden, welcher Tradition und Spitzentechnologie vereint, suchen wir einen engagierten Facilities Coordinator (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung Backoffices. Sie werden Teil eines Teams, das die Schnittstelle zwischen traditionsreicher Geschichte und Technologie bildet.

Ihre Rolle:

Als Facilities Coordinator sind Sie ein ausschlaggebender Teil unseres operativen Geschäftes. Sie jonglieren gekonnt zwischen Wartung, Instandhaltung, Lieferantenmanagement und unserem Ticket-System. Ihr Beitrag ist entscheidend, um unsere Anlagen mit der Sorgfalt zu betreuen, um den reibungslosen Betrieb unseres Kunden zu gewährleisten.

Ihre Kernaufgaben:

• Gewährleistung eines erstklassigen Kundenservice
• Unterstützung bei der Erreichung und Übertreffen von vertraglich festgelegten KPIs und SLAs
• Meisterhafte Handhabung unseres Corrigo-Helpdesk-Systems
• Aufbau und Pflege starker Partnerschaften mit Lieferanten
• Präzise Überwachung und Qualitätssicherung aller Aufträge
• Koordination von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
• Durchführung regelmäßiger interner Audits zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sowie Fremdfirmenmanagement
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Vorschriften und Richtlinien, um unseren hohen Standards gerecht zu werden

Ihr Profil:

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Facilities Management oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld
• Ausgeprägter Sinn für Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, bestenfalls gepaart mit technischem Verständnis
• Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
• Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
• Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil, um in unserem internationalen Umfeld zu agieren
