German speaking Data Analyst

For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Markets Group) business line we are looking for you as a Data Analyst.

Job Description

• Jointly work on Valuation mandates with our German JLL Value and Risk Advisory Team

• Perform property-related research and analysis, such as land registry extracts, zoning plans, land values, ESG, rent roll data, etc.

• Write market and property descriptions, both in German and English

• Quality assurance of valuation reports before they are sent to clients

• Administrative project support, such as database maintenance, report sign-off management, and support during the offer and invoicing process

• Close collaboration with the German Valuation teams in order to provide regular project and progress updates

• Support of ad-hoc needs, as they arise in the German Team

• Various recurring tasks

Desired skills and experience for this job

• Very good communication skills in the German language are required (B2+/C1)

• Good knowledge of English (B2)

• A basic interest in real estate, the real estate market, and trends

• Well-organised, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate a “Can-Do” attitude in everything you do

• Good skills in MS Excel, Power

Point and Word:

• Good interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work on multiple deliverables per day and articulate potentially conflicting priorities timely

• The following skills will impact your application positively, but aren’t a must:

• Administration or financial background

• Advanced Excel and basic VBA skills

• Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry
