Data Management and Analysis: Establish and maintain comprehensive database systems for commercial asset classes, including transaction records, rental rates, vacancy statistics, and development pipeline data. Regularly update and quality-check data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Create data visualization tools and dashboards for internal teams and client presentations. Coordinate with external data providers and industry contacts to expand information sources.

Core Research Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis the assigned commercial real estate sectors which may include office, retail, industrial developments. Prepare detailed market research reports featuring market trends, supply and demand dynamics, pricing analysis, and occupancy statistics. Analyze macroeconomic factors, demographic trends, and regulatory changes impacting commercial property markets.

Content Development and Publications: Work with senior team members to draft and produce high-quality research reports, consultancy studies, and market commentaries within established timelines. Create press releases and thought leadership articles for publication in industry magazines, newspapers, and digital platforms to enhance JLL's market visibility and thought leadership positioning. Develop quarterly market updates, annual outlook reports, and sector-specific studies for client distribution and business development support.

Presentation and Client Support: Support to prepare compelling presentation materials for client meetings, pitch presentations, and industry conferences using PowerPoint, charts, and infographics. Support senior team members in client consultations by providing research backup and data analysis. Assist in preparing proposals for consulting engagements and advisory mandates.

Innovation and Product Development: Contribute to the development of new research methodologies and analytical frameworks to enhance service offerings. Support the creation of fee-generating research products such as specialized market reports, subscription services, and custom research solutions. Identify emerging market trends and propose new research topics that align with client needs and market opportunities.

Collaboration and Professional Development: Work closely with advisory, leasing, and capital markets teams to provide research support for transactions and client servicing. Participate in industry networking events, property tours, and market briefings to build market knowledge and professional relationships. Stay current with industry developments through continuous learning and professional development activities
