主要業務は、クライアントの窓口として戦略立案から実行・エスカレーションまでを統括し、サイト予算管理や IFMチームの運営指導を行うことです。

また、健康・安全基準の遵守確保、チームマネジメント(安全・エンゲージメント・人材育成)、不動産取引や建設プロジェクトのサポートも担います。

地域チームとの連携により、最高水準のファシリティマネジメントサービスを提供する戦略的な役割です。

What this job involves:

As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL Work Dynamics in Tokyo, you will be part of a growing team providing Facility Management and Office Services for a prestigious American multinational technology client focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. This strategic role combines client relationship management with operational excellence, requiring you to work closely with the Site Manager while serving as the single point of contact for strategy, implementation, and escalation for capital works. You will play a vital role in JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional facilities management services by blending client-specific requirements with business needs while managing teams, budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in an inclusive workplace environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders while acting as single point of contact for strategy, implementation, and escalation for capital works
  • Spearhead client's business approval process in the region and manage site budgets, spending, and variance while working closely with Finance Manager
  • Guide IFM teams to deliver operations on time and in budget while ensuring required standards for site operation and data quality
  • Promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvement on operations while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety best practices
  • Manage teams with responsibility for safety, engagement, and development including onboarding, mentoring, and performance management
  • Collaborate with Transaction and Function teams on real estate transactions and strategic portfolio planning while supporting construction projects
  • Work closely with Regional Team to deliver global/regional projects while understanding project status, details, and schedules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Facility Management
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management or program management
  • Proficiency in MS Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Strong presentation skills with customer-centric approach
  • Meticulous, organized approach with integrity and honesty.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multinational technology companies
  • Background in real estate transactions and portfolio planning
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures and procurement guidelines
  • Experience with JLL or client reporting and business intelligence systems
  • Familiarity with capital works and construction project management
  • Understanding of health and safety best practices in corporate environments
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
