The primary responsibilities for the management of all services in Fuji site including client relationship, staff management, financial performance, operational performance and compliance.

チームマネジメント

· スタッフと協力業者の統括管理

· 人員計画および後継者育成計画の策定

· 協力業者のパフォーマンス管理と向上支援

· 他拠点や本社との円滑なコミュニケーション

· KPI指標を活用した業務パフォーマンスの管理

· チームメンバーと協力してコスト削減目標の達成

· 契約管理と最適化

クライアントリレーションシップ

· KPI指標を用いた月次業務レビュー会議の実施、改善プラン推進

· 臨時業務会議のファシリテーション

· 事業継続計画（BCP）の遵守と更新

· 年間財務予算の計画策定と進捗管理

· コストセービングプランの策定と推進

· 改善計画とベストプラクティスの提案によるクライアント満足度向上

· クライアントとの関係構築とJLLのパフォーマンス報告

オペレーション

· 製薬業界特有のGxP要件を踏まえたソフトサービス管理

· チームメンバーと協力業者と協働し安定したサービス提供の実現

· 新規サービス導入時の移行、安定化、標準化の推進

· 請求書の事前承認取得と関係者との適切なコミュニケーション

· ユーザーリクエスト対応と関係者への対応依頼、期日管理

· ベンダーマネジメント（清掃、防虫防鼠、緑地管理、メールサービス、ランドリーサービス、レンタルマット、自販機など）

· 各業務における手順書、マニュアルの作成および更新

サイトリード業務

· クライアント契約内で各サイトに求められる管理タスクの遂行

· リージョンのファンクションチームが開催するミーティング、トレーニング、メールへの対応をチームへの周知、チームの実務に落とし込む

· 他拠点のチームとの連携

安全衛生管理

· 安全な作業環境提供のための安全手順の実施と管理

· 健康、安全基準に関する法定規制の遵守確保

リスク管理

· リスク管理プログラムの実施と管理サポート

· 災害復旧と事業継続計画の実施と監視の支援

· 確立されたエスカレーション手順とインシデント報告手順の遵守

· JLLのビジネス行動指針への準拠

· KPIとSLA目標の達成

Candidate Specification

・ チームを鼓舞し、メンバーの成長を促進できるリーダーシップ能力

・ 製薬業界におけるGxP要件の理解（経験があれば尚可）

・ 施設管理経験またはサービス業界でのマネジメント経験
