Lo que implica este trabajo: Gestionar y supervisar las operaciones de facilities en planta industrial, asegurando el mantenimiento óptimo de las instalaciones, sistemas y servicios para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro y eficiente.

Horario de trabajo:

Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 AM a 6:00 PMSueldo Bruto Mensual: $55,000 - $60,000 MXN

Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

• Supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones industriales

• Coordinar con proveedores externos para servicios especializados

• Gestionar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y medio ambiente

• Administrar presupuestos de mantenimiento y operaciones

• Liderar equipos técnicos de mantenimiento

• Implementar mejoras en procesos operativos

• Atender emergencias y situaciones críticas en planta

Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas

• Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o afín

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en facilities management industrial

• Conocimiento en sistemas HVAC, eléctricos y mecánicos

• Manejo de software de mantenimiento (CMMS)

• Inglés conversacional

• Disponibilidad para atender emergencias

• Conocimientos en normativas de seguridad industrial
