Role Summary

At JLL, we're seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage critical client relationships and oversee complex FM contracts while ensuring service delivery excellence and operational performance optimization. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions, and develop value-enhancing strategies that support our clients' evolving business objectives and workplace needs.

This is an exciting new position created in response to our continued business growth and expansion, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for RTX site FMs and local FM subject matter expert
• Manage vendor contracts where JLL is principal, including performance monitoring and compliance oversight
• Oversee work order management and coordinate priority reactive works through helpdesk systems
• Organize HSSE/FM inspections, compile reports, and proactively raise maintenance work orders
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular meetings and strategic planning sessions
• Lead contract management activities including performance monitoring and financial oversight across ANZ
• Supervise diverse facility types from defense compounds to corporate offices and manufacturing sites
• Oversee facility management teams and service providers to ensure consistent service delivery
• Manage FM budgets, review vendor quotations, and lead financial forecasting and reporting
• Deliver client reporting requirements and resolve escalated issues to minimize risk exposure

Required Qualifications:

No criminal background, Aus citizen is a requirement, maintain NV1 clearances

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management with at least 3 years in contract management
• Strong understanding of facility services, contract structures, SLAs, and KPIs
• Experience with defence contractor or secure facility environments
• Project/transition management experience for relocations and facility changes
• Technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, fire suppression, electrical infrastructure)
• Proven track record of successful client relationship management
• Experience with financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and service providers
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances for defence industry facilities
