Title: Procurement Senior Executive

Business unit: Integrated Facilities Management

Reporting to: Facilities Manager/ Account Manager

Key stakeholders: Bangladesh HSBC account Management team, RES team of HSBC and Clients.

Direct reports: Nil

Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves –

Be responsible for Statutory compliance program for sub vendors.

In consultation and collaboration with FM team leads oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the sub-contractor service delivery across all sites.

Ensure client satisfaction with Facility/Property Management teams across Bangladesh sites by providing a seamless interface into central procurement.

Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.

Understand the Procurement Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures.

Oversee the development and management of the subcontracted services budgets.

Support the Facility Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for clients.

Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by Country Lead.

Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the team.

Ensure compliance with Jones Lang La Salle minimum audit standards.

Share benchmarks data & best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for Jones Lang La Salle.

Be the overall lead for Procurement + Sourcing + Contract Management in Bangladesh.

Key skills:

1. Procurement process & regulatory communication within the organization and with the site teams.

2. Complete contract management responsibilities.

3. Proven Ethical track record.

4. Excellent MS Excel, MS Word and MS PPT skills.

5. Background in Documentation & Filing.

6. Ready to work extra Hours if required.

7. Pleasant Personality & Good Attitude.

8. Good communication.

Employee specification:

Business Graduate.

CIPS (Chartered Institute of procurement & supply) - Professional diploma (preferred).
