We operate in the real estate Value and Risk Advisory sector providing clients with core professional Value and Risk advisory services characterized by upper graded specialization. Our integrated "Custom-made" professional advisory services are rooted in a profound understanding of those factors which contribute to determine the market value of the real estate assets.
Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Property Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner-occupiers, Property Developers & Promoters, Banks and Insurance Companies, Public Institutions, including Institutions and Companies for whom Real Estate is not a core business.

- Offices • Industrial & Logistics • High Street Retail & Retail Parks • Shopping Centres • Residential and alternatives • Specialised Properties (e.g. Harbours, Marinas and Healthcare)
Joining the Value and Risk Advisory team as a Senior Valuer means operating autonomously in everyday workload management, being responsible for producing and delivering valuation client reports, ensuring unrivalled client service and quality, liaising directly with clients and coordinating junior team members.
Competences & Key Responsibilities
Candidates may have either an economic or a technical educational background. RICS certification would be a plus.
The ideal candidate comes from consulting/corporate companies, preferably with an international/European focus as well as local experience, and has 4/5 years experience in real estate valuation and related activities.
Familiarity with a wide range of real estate types (locations, uses, investment grades) is required.
Excellent financial analysis skills (ability to work on DCF models), report writing skills, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Argus are essential.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and oral, is required.
The successful candidate is collaborative, has a proactive approach, is precise, detail-oriented and well organized; comfortable working under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Competenze e Responsabilità Chiave
I candidati possono avere un background formativo economico o tecnico. La certificazione RICS rappresenta un plus.
Il candidato ideale proviene da società di consulenza/corporate, preferibilmente con focus internazionale/europeo oltre che locale, e ha 4/5 anni di esperienza in valutazione immobiliare e attività correlate.
È richiesta familiarità con un'ampia gamma di tipologie immobiliari (localizzazioni, destinazioni d'uso, gradi di investimento).
Sono necessarie eccellenti competenze di analisi finanziaria (capacità di lavorare su modelli DCF), capacità di redazione di report, ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office e Argus.
È richiesta fluente conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese, sia scritto che orale.
La persona ideale è collaborativa, con approccio proattivo, precisa, orientata ai dettagli e ben organizzata; a proprio agio nel lavorare sotto la pressione di scadenze serrate.
