담당업무

• 프로젝트 수주 후 목표, 일정, 예산을 수립하고 고객 요구사항을 충족하는 성공 기준을 설정합니다.

• 고객과의 주요 연락 창구 역할을 수행하며 원만한 관계를 구축하고 유지합니다.

• 마스터 프로젝트 일정을 구축하고 전체 프로젝트 진행 상황을 모니터링하며 관리합니다.

• 상세한 예산을 구축하고 프로젝트 수익성을 관리합니다.

• 설계 단계(컨셉, 기획, 계획, 상세, 시공 설계)를 통해 고객과 팀을 가이드합니다.

• 공급업체 및 계약업체를 위한 RFP를 준비하고 그들의 성과 및 품질을 관리합니다.

• 프로젝트 킥오프 회의를 주도하여 모든 이해관계자에게 책임을 명확히 전달합니다.

• 프로젝트 리스크를 식별하고 해결하며 이슈 관리를 주도합니다.

• 프로젝트 범위, 변경사항, 결과물이 표준 및 관련 기준에 부합하도록 관리합니다.

• JLL 정책 및 절차를 준수하며 경제적이고 효율적인 방식으로 프로젝트를 수행합니다.

자격요건

• Sr. Project Manager 부장이사급- 13-18 년 이상의 관련 설계 및 건설 프로젝트 관리 경험 소유자.

• PMP 인증이 있는 분 선호

• 리더십, 책임감, 대응력을 입증하고 긴박감을 가지고 적극적으로 운영할 수 있는 분.

• 하나 이상의 PM 소프트웨어 플랫폼과 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 및 Outlook)에 능숙한 분.

• 우수한 영어 구사 및 서면 의사 소통 능력 소유자

• Project Manager 과차장급- 7-12년의 관련 설계 및 건설 프로젝트 관리 경험 소유자

• 예산 구축 및 모니터 가능한 분

• 건축 도면 및 가구 및 공간 계획 개념에 대한 지식 소유자

• 건설 관리 또는 부동산 경험 선호

• 우수한 서면 및 구두 의사 소통 능력 소유자

• 프로젝트 독립 운영 가능한 경험 우대

• 팀에서 독립적으로 혹은 멀티 태스킹 및 작업 가능하신 분

• Assistant Project Manager 사원대리급- 3 -5년 이상의 관련 설계 및 건설 프로젝트 관리 경험 소유자

• 예산 구축 및 모니터 가능한 분

• 건축 도면 및 가구 및 공간 계획 개념에 대한 지식 소유자

• 건설 관리 또는 부동산 경험 선호
