Your Mission: The Facility Coordinator assists the Facility Manager with operational activities in the areas of client and end-user management, budget monitoring, supplier management, relocations, procurement of materials and resources, and managing facility requests.

As a Facility Coordinator, you and your colleagues are the linchpin in facilitating an inspiring work environment that maximizes productivity, well-being, and sustainability.

What You Will Do:

• Daily coordination of suppliers on location and ensuring the quality of service

• Continuously seek to improve service delivery and reduce operational costs

• Enter, follow up, forward, and handle requests, reports, and malfunctions in our FMIS

• Maintain a good relationship with end-users

• Provide administrative support in financial areas

• Ensure a clean and tidy location

Jouw Missie: De Facility Coördinator assisteert de Facility Manager met operationele activiteiten op het gebied van klant en eindgebruiker management, bewaking van het budget, aansturing van leveranciers, verhuizingen, inkoop van materialen en middelen, en het beheren van facilitaire meldingen.

Als Facility Coördinator ben je samen met je collega’s de spil in het faciliteren van een inspirerende werkomgeving die productiviteit, welzijn en duurzaamheid maximaliseert.

Wat Je Gaat Doen:

• Dagelijkse coördinatie van leveranciers op locatie en het borgen van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening uitvoeren van inspecties om er zeker van te zijn dat alle procedures worden gevolgd en er wordt voldaan aan de gesteld kwaliteitseisen;

• Continu zoeken naar verbetering van de dienstverlening en het verminderen van operationele kosten;

• Het invoeren, opvolgen, doorzetten en afhandelen van verzoeken, meldingen en storingen in ons FMIS;

• Een goede relatie onderhouden met de eindgebruikers;

• Administratieve ondersteuning leveren op financieel gebied;

• Zorgdragen voor een schone en nette locatie.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in Engels

• Niet bang is voor een uitdaging en creatief is in het oplossen van problemen

• Kalm blijft onder druk en stressvolle situaties de baas is

• Zelfstandig werkt in teamverband

• Financiële concepten en budgetten begrijpt
