Werkstudent (m/w/d) Project & Development Services (PDS)Akademische Voraussetzungen: Studierende müssen mindestens drei Semester ihres Studiengangs erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben. Bevorzugte Studienrichtungen sind Immobilienentwicklung, Immobilienmanagement, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Dies unterstreicht JLLs Fokus auf Kandidaten mit relevantem technischem und betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund.

Erforderliche Kernkompetenzen: Die Position erfordert ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und ein gutes analytisches Denkvermögen, die für die analytische Arbeit im Bereich Immobiliendienstleistungen unerlässlich sind. Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse und der umfassende Umgang mit MS Office sind obligatorisch und spiegeln die internationale Ausrichtung von JLL sowie die technischen Anforderungen der Stelle wider.
