As a Project Coordinator Intern, you'll support the project team in managing smaller/less complex projects from start to completion. This role requires technical knowledge and proficiency with JLL systems, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly deliverables: Project Delivery Plans, Status Reports, Cost Reports, and meeting materials

• Maintain project budgets per client requirements and update project schedules with clear milestones and objectives

• Maintain accurate risk registers and prepare PCG reports, attending meetings as required

• Draft meeting minutes and agendas

• Assist with vendor RFP preparation, tendering, and contract administration for clients, consultants, and suppliers

• Ensure timely invoice processing and payments

• Participate in value engineering and buildability analysis

• Review design documentation to minimize risk and maintain cost reports, cash flows, and accruals

• Support Health, Safety & Environmental compliance and maintain Safety and Environmental Plan compliance

• Manage project close-out processes including financial close-out and coordination of contractual documents (as-builts, releases, training)

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and represent JLL professionally

Key Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Project /or Construction Management, Built Environment, Engineering or related field.

• A sound technical knowledge of construction project management processes or at least working towards this goal.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point, Microsoft Project and experience in managing cost reporting systems.

• Have a basic understanding of different delivery methods. I.e. Project Management, Construction Management, Managing Contractor and Warranted Price, Lump Sum etc.

• Have a basic understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects and delivery constraints

• Have a basic understanding our obligations for complying with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 and Environmental Health and Safety legislation generally.

• Assist in maintaining accreditations where applicable.
