RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:

• Supervisión técnica de sistemas HVAC y electromecánicos en planta productiva • Elaboración y control de presupuestos de mantenimiento • Gestión de materiales, herramientas y personal técnico (local y remoto) • Implementación de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos • Control de gastos operativos e incidencias técnicas • Elaboración de reportes técnicos y análisis de riesgo • Atención y seguimiento a auditorías técnicas • Verificación del cumplimiento de normas de seguridad e higiene

EXPERIENCIA TÉCNICA REQUERIDA:

✓ Sistemas HVAC: Minisplits, Fan Coil, UMA, ULA, Chiller, VAV, AA de precisión ✓Sistemas eléctricos: Alto, mediano y bajo voltaje ✓Equipos críticos: UPS y plantas de emergencia ✓Conservación: Mantenimiento integral de inmuebles ✓Herramientas: Multímetro, medidor de resistencia, analizador de energía ✓Termografías: Conocimiento y experiencia aplicada

REQUISITOS:

✓ Experiencia mínima 3 años como supervisor en planta productiva ✓ Ingeniería en Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica o afín ✓ Manejo de sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento (CMMS) ✓ Liderazgo y manejo de personal técnico ✓ Conocimiento en permisos de trabajo y análisis de riesgo
