Responsible for maintaining the complete documentation required for management of Fire Safety regime at the site of deputation.

Handle site emergency situations effectively & efficiently. Communicate & coordinate with Head Fire Safety regarding events, incidents, concerns of Fire Team members, recommendations, major escalations etc.

Develop and maintain working relationship with Fire department. Attends meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio-visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments. Supervise Fire Staff, assign /monitor work assignments and provide training in life safety, first aid.

Ensure to organize and conduct Drill and meeting as per yearly calendar planner.

Conduct / supervise periodic training on weekly / monthly basis.

Ensure Inspection and maintenance of Fire Extinguishers as per fire safety operations manual.

Ensure the Fire System is in healthy condition always as per the Fire Safety Management plan.

Ensure timely AMC of fire equipment’s present at SEZ and their proper documentation (e.g. inspection, maintenance, testing, refilling and rectification.

Ensure proper gate pass procedure is followed when any fire equipment’s is taken out of the premises for refilling/rectification/HPT.

Share incident FIR & investigation report on time with respective stakeholder. Ensure timely submission of MIS and security related report to respective stakeholder.

Ensure vendor invoice is processed timely and process tracking till the payment to vendor. Ensure to monitor vendor performance based on SLA & scope of work.

Ensure timely response on mail, occupant concern resolution and minute of meeting circulation. Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time Authority To issue/ cancel permit for any planned activity To STOP any unsafe work as reported by workmen or self observed Ensure the organization meets or exceeds regulatory requirements He is authorized to refuse any unsafe work.

He can ask any recourses to the top management Prepare Opex and Capex budget for Property EHS Operations OHS&W Responsibility.

To ensure CANDOR OHS&W Policy is understood by self and co-workers. Participate while finalization of objectives. Suggest initiatives based upon safety suggestions , incident recommendations.

Achieve individual OHS&W objectives To ensure safety management system (CANDOR Safety standard, SOPs, EGs, OHS&W procedures) is implemented and communicated to the team. To ensure OHS&W objective are understood and individual objectives are completed as per the defined target date.

To identify risk at his work place, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees.

Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OHS&W related meetings. To report all incidents, NMCs, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per IISC, SO procedures.

To ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and also implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment (JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc) To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan.

To ensure that all OHS&W related documents are maintained, tracked and tracked as per assigned responsibility.

People Management Responsibilities Able to lead site team to run the Fire & Safety Operations smoothly Staff’s discipline and well being.
