About the role:

Management of comprehensive Tenant facility and services management for Services Australia for related services in the allocated WoAG package. Develop sound working relationships with key Entity staff.

Manage the sites Tenant facilities delivering relevant contract initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in process, systems and reporting.

This position will also assist the Director Operations & Facilities to deliver the full range of services to the Entity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Services Australia, building effective stakeholder relationships and ensuring client expectations are consistently met through proactive engagement and regular communication

  • Assume overall facilities management responsibility as designated by National Facilities Manager, coordinating with JLL WoAG vendors to deliver integrated hard and soft services per lease requirements

  • Ensure compliance with statutory fire, health and safety regulations through vendor oversight while maintaining JLL work order management system within designated SLAs and KPIs

  • Manage site financial operations to meet targets and control requirements, monitoring vendor costs and coordinating budget management activities while ensuring compliance with JLL Code of Ethics

  • Maintain strict health and safety compliance by following guidelines, reporting incidents through CMO reporting tools, and coordinating safety compliance through vendor management activities

  • Provide 24/7 emergency call support, coordinate emergency response through JLL WoAG vendor network, and conduct regular site inspections to identify proactive maintenance opportunities

  • Oversee daily building operations at 205 North Quay, monitoring vendor performance against operational standards and ensuring Critical Environment Management requirements are met

  • Develop expertise in property management database systems, maintaining accurate data entry and uploads while coordinating vendor reporting and documentation requirements for timely payment processing

  • Implement and maintain escalation procedures and incident reporting while adhering to JLL business conduct guidelines and coordinating risk mitigation activities through vendor partnerships

  • Coordinate operational activities with JLL WoAG vendors including building repairs, minor works, furniture modifications, signage installation, carpet replacement, and preventative maintenance programs with compliance reporting

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facility, Property or related field, preferably with a Finance Sector client and minimum 3 years managing a team
  • Strong communication, analytical, organization and presentation skills
  • Strong financial management
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Building or Facility Management would be an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite of products essential
