What the job involves:We are currently seeking an Intern in Sourcing & Procurement to join our team. As an intern at JLL, you would work as part of our Sourcing & Procurement team at a client site, getting involved in supporting procurement processes, vendor management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

As an Intern in Sourcing & Procurement at JLL, you will:

• Assist with supplier research, data analysis, and market benchmarking

• Support the preparation and review of RFPs, RFQs, and contract documents

• Help track procurement activities, timelines, and deliverables

• Participate in vendor meetings and assist with supplier performance evaluations

• Contribute to the development of procurement dashboards and reporting tools

• Assist with sustainability initiatives in sourcing

• Gain exposure to risk management and compliance processes

Location: Richmond, VA

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to think and work independently

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

• Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines

• Desire to learn more about procurement and supply chain management

• Interest in vendor management, sourcing, or commercial real estate

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative

• The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Sourcing & Procurement within Commercial Real Estate.
