Eコマース市場拡大や物流アウトソーシングビジネスの成長に伴い拡大を受け、いま大変注目されている物流不動産マーケット業界。大手デベロッパー、不動産投資家等が開発、保有する物流施設とテナントをマッチングさせる仲介業務は、年々拡大する物流不動産市場規模の中で重要性が高まっています。

【業務内容】

物流リーシング仲介を行っている当部門にて仲介業務のみならず、法人顧客が抱える不動産課題に対して、他部門、他拠点と連携し一気通貫でソリューションを提供できる不動産コンサルタントしての成長を目指して頂くことを期待します。

【主な業務】

・顧客ニーズに合致した物件情報の提案業務
・物件情報の収集と紹介、案内、条件交渉、賃貸借契約締結業務
・賃貸借契約書の内容に関するアドバイス業務
・受託物件に対するリーシングマネジメント業務

・国内・海外物流マーケットに精通した担当者が在籍。（業界内で数少ない物流不動産専門チーム）
・顧客の不動産課題に専門的知識と経験で総合的なソリューションの提案が可能
・既存物件に限らず、土地からの計画物件や潜在物件情報の提案能力を有する。

【応募資格】

＜必須＞

・物流不動産営業経験者
・普通自動車運転免許の資格保有者

＜歓迎＞

・事業用不動産賃貸仲介営業経験者
・法人営業経験者
・物流、倉庫、金融、建築業界とのパイプをお持ちの方
・宅地建物取引士資格保持者

休日： 週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始

給与

想定基本年収： 4,000,000円～6,000,000円

残業代： あり　固定残業代を基本年収に含む（月30時間相当額）＊非管理職の場合
