1) Job Description

We are seeking senior level professionals for JLL’s capital markets, based in Seoul. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in office transactions with prior experience in real estate and/or related fields (real estate service companies, asset management companies, securities, and investment banking, etc.). Candidates will take the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Deal Sourcing Especially in Office Sector

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including expanding client relationships and introducing JLL services.

• Client Relationship Management

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic advice on their assets.

• Transaction Management

• Leading and supporting the execution of capital market transactions

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is typically preferred.

• Significant experience in real estate including capital markets, asset management, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in transaction execution and client management.

• Strong relationship with institutional investors, and AMCs.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.

• Communication skill in English and Korean
