Werkstudent (m/w/d) für unsere Abteilung Project & Development Services (PDS) im Bereich Cost Management

Anforderungsprofil:

Die Position richtet sich an Studenten aus den Bereichen Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, die sich mindestens im 3 Studiensemester befinden. Essentiell sind eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse. Der Kandidat sollte eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mitbringen und nach entsprechender Einarbeitung eigenständig arbeiten können.

Persönliche Eigenschaften: Neben fachlicher Kompetenz werden kommunikative Fähigkeiten erwartet - der Bewerber sollte keine Scheu vor dem direkten Austausch mit verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten haben. Belastbarkeit ist ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt, da es sich um ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld handelt.

Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte: Der Einsatzbereich umfasst primär Bau- und Umbauprojekte im Finanzsektor und bei Corporates. Dabei ist auch gelegentlicher Baustelleneinsatz vorgesehen. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil ist die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen JLL Projekt- und Costmanagern in verschiedenen Projekten, was vielfältige Lernmöglichkeiten bietet.

Entwicklungsperspektive: Die Stelle bietet die Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung in Richtung eines Praktikums oder Praxissemesters, was sie für Studenten besonders attraktiv macht, die praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sammeln möchten.

Die Position ist sofort verfügbar und eignet sich ideal für ambitionierte Studierende, die Einblicke in das professionelle Cost Management bei einem führenden Immobiliendienstleister gewinnen möchten.
