Assistant Facilities Manager(m/w/d)Vollzeit | Frankfurt am Main | Vor Ort Deine Rolle: Als Assistant Facilities Manager (m/w/d) berichtest Du an den Facilities Manager und arbeitest als Teil des gesamten Facilities Teams. Du managst verschiedene Soft Services und unterstützt im Hard Service unseren Building Operations Engineer. Du stellst die notwendige Unterstützung sicher, um den effizienten und effektiven Betrieb des Standorts zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du managst das Team für Soft Services einschließlich Empfang, Postabwicklung, Meetings & Events, Reinigung, Abfall & Recycling sowie Verpflegungs- und Food Services.

  • Du überwachst Büroausstattung und pflegst regelmäßige Kontakte mit Dienstleistern für Problemlösungen und Kostenschätzungen.

  • Wöchentliche Qualitätsrundgänge mit dem Reinigungsmanager stellst Du sicher und managst Trouble Ticket Anfragen (Helpdesk) zeitnah entsprechend der Service Level Agreements.

  • Du managst tägliche Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsfragen durch geplante Meetings und führst Aufzeichnungen zu Brandschutzübungen, Sicherheitstrainings und Sicherheitsausrüstung.

  • Die Organisation interner und externer Kundenveranstaltungen sowie das Management der Konferenzeinrichtungen gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben.

  • Du managst Küchen- und Verpflegungseinrichtungen, erstellst Bestellungen und pflegst Wiki-Seiten und andere Kommunikationskanäle.

  • Du erstellst Bestellungen, prüfst Lieferungen und stellst sicher, dass die Bestellungen termingerecht bezahlt werden. Hierzu nutzt Du die Finanzsysteme.

  • Du unterstützt bei Projektarbeiten wie zum Beispiel Büroerweiterungen oder -verkleinerungen.

  • Du unterstützt operational andere Standorte und bist bereit, bei Bedarf zu reisen. Bei Bedarf vertrittst Du den Building Operations Engineer/Facilities Manager.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Erfahrung in Facilities/Office Services oder vergleichbaren Bereichen

  • Hintergrund im Empfang oder Hospitality-Bereich

  • Hochschul-/Diplomabschluss

  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung

  • Problemlösungskompetenzen und Aufmerksamkeit für Details

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Programmen
