Assistant Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

• Facilities & Wartung Koordinieren Sie Dienstleister, führen Inspektionen durch und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe. Sie behalten den Überblick über alle Serviceaktivitäten und entwickeln effiziente Prozesse. Als Teil unseres Arbeitsschutzteams schaffen Sie eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung für alle.
• Vendor Management Sie finden die besten Partner, verhandeln geschickt und bauen langfristige Beziehungen auf. Qualität und Termintreue haben bei Ihnen oberste Priorität. Von der Rechnungsbearbeitung bis zur Leistungskontrolle
• Sie behalten alles im Griff.
• Workplace Experience Begeistern Sie unsere Kunden täglich aufs Neue! Im direkten Austausch mit dem Kundenpersonal gestalten Sie die Zukunft mit. Feedback wird bei Ihnen nicht nur gesammelt, sondern in konkrete Verbesserungen umgesetzt.
• Health & Safety Sicherheit ist nicht verhandelbar. Sie entwickeln Notfallpläne, schulen Teams und sorgen dafür, dass alle Vorschriften eingehalten werden. Dabei dokumentieren Sie professionell und lückenlos.

• Studium in Facility Management, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Organisationstalent und echte Multitasking-Fähigkeiten

• Know-how im Arbeitsschutz
