急速な事業拡大のため、当社が受託するオフィスビルのテナントリーシング担当を募集しています。主にファンドやJ-REIT等の投資家に向け、資産価値の向上のためリーシング業務全般をお任せします。

＜ミッション＞

リーシングマネージャーとして受託物件の資産価値向上を目指し、実行すること。（チームリーダーへのキャリアパスあり。）

＜仕事内容（Job Description) ＞

・当社が受託するオフィスビルを中心とした事業用不動産のテナントリーシング業務

・クライアント（ビルオーナー）との関係構築、不動産仲介会社との情報共有

・マーケットを調査し、適正な募集条件の策定、早期成約に向けたクライアントへのリーシング提案

・リーシング関連のレポート作成、マーケット資料作成、賃貸借契約クロージング業務等

・ PM受託提案に際してリーシング面からのサポート、提案補助

・サテライトオフィスでの業務も可能なため、担当物件への直行・サテライトオフィスからの直帰等、柔軟で効率的な働き方が可能です。

・実力次第で、業務の幅を広げていくこと・年齢、社歴に関わらず昇格が可能な環境です。

＜求められる経験、知識、スキル（Related experience, knowledge＆skill）＞

・オフィスビルのリーシング/仲介業務経験、不動産業界出身者歓迎

・クライアント（ビルオーナー）、不動産仲介会社との関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力

・物件関係者（プロパティマネジメント担当、設備管理会社、社内事務担当者等）と円滑に運営できるマネジメント能力

・PCスキル（MS Office全般）

・宅地建物取引士
