Senior Property Executive

Position Overview The Senior Property Executive plays a critical role in managing and optimizing commercial real estate portfolios, providing strategic property management oversight, and driving operational excellence across assigned properties. This position requires extensive property management experience and strong leadership capabilities to manage complex real estate assets while ensuring maximum value creation for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction. Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis to maintain profitability targets. Coordinate capital improvement projects and major maintenance initiatives while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Client Relationship Management .Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, vendors, and service providers.

Team Leadership Lead and mentor junior property management staff, providing guidance on daily operations and professional development. Coordinate with various internal departments including engineering, accounting, and leasing to ensure seamless property operations.

Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
