新規AM受託促進、 クライアントとのリレーション促進が主な職責となります。

その他、以下の期中AM業務全般と、新規受託時のデューデリ、クロージング業

務等が追加的に 含まれます。

1. 物件運営（リーシング・CAPEX 等の戦略立案・対応）

2. AM 報告書作成（PM 報告・SPC 会計取り纏め）

3. 投資家/金融機関対応（各種報告・承認取得）

4. 借入契約管理（コベナンツ対応）

5. 会計・税務管理（SPC 会計・税務委託先管理）
