What this job involves

You will gain exposure from contributing to various Company-wised workplace management, workplace strategies, and participate in day-to-day operation management, you will learn industrial practice from working with JLL business leaders.

Workplace Strategy & Management

• Contribute to company-wide workplace initiatives, including space optimization, employee experience design, and hybrid work models.

• Participate in day-to-day operations, such as facility coordination, vendor management, and workplace service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or post graduate degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field (final year).

• Enthusiastic about real estate, workplace strategy, or facilities management.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• High integrity, adaptability, and a positive learning attitude.

• Self-driven with a hunger to succeed and take on challenges.
