Job Title: Planning Manager

• Data Center and Commercial Greenfield Projects

Location: Mumbai, India

Business Line: Project & Development Services (PDS)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with 10 to 15 years of expertise in project planning and scheduling, especially for data center and commercial greenfield projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the project timeline, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of ambitious real estate developments in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Project Scheduling:

Develop, coordinate, and manage detailed project schedules across all phases, ensuring timely completion of data center and commercial greenfield projects.

• Utilize advanced scheduling software to ensure precision in timeline forecasts and resource allocation.

• Progress Tracking and Communication:

Regularly monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and identify variances.

• Implement effective communication strategies to provide stakeholders with timely progress updates and strategic insights.

• Risk Management and Mitigation:

Proactively identify potential scheduling risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve scheduling issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.

• Team Collaboration and Coordination:

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to synchronize schedules and optimize project delivery.

• Facilitate regular meetings and planning workshops to ensure cross-functional alignment and proactive issue resolution.

• Process Optimization and Reporting:

Continuously improve planning processes by integrating best practices and innovative scheduling methodologies.

• Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards, offering strategic insights for continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on data centers and commercial greenfield projects.

• Proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Knowledge of the regulatory environment and real estate market dynamics in Mumbai is an advantage.
