As a Capital Markets Lead Director (Living):

• ​You will have and take care of relations mostly with developers, but also institutional investors and private wealth, with a special focus on Living assets such as PBSA, Multifamily, Flex and Co-Living, Healthcare and Senior and Assisted Living.
• ​You will be an important point of reference for a multidisciplinary team with a strong analytical component, deep real estate knowledge, generosity, and a strong teamwork spirit.
• ​You will originate and lead diverse transactions (including everything from existing assets, portfolios to land transactions), working very closely with the wider land & development, investment sales, and Pan-Euro Living teams in all the transactions where there is a Living asset involved.
• ​You will have the opportunity to be an important part developing the growth within the area of all the segments within Living, most of which are in current growth, professionalization, and consolidation.
• ​You will understand the different dynamics across all Living sectors, as well as market understanding and main players.​

• ​Do you have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Law or Economics? A post degree in Real Estate, urban planning and/or valuations will be a plus.
• ​Do you have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector?
• ​Do you know and manage relations with developers and institutional investors? Have you been involved in and led multiple real estate transactions in the living sector?
• ​Do you have knowledge of the regulatory aspects affecting rental residential assets?
• ​Do you have experience leading teams?
