Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the building and its facilities, ensuring smooth functionality.

  • Facilitate the handover and take-back processes for tenant spaces efficiently.

  • Manage and coordinate fit-out and reinstatement processes for tenant areas as needed (if any).

  • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving tenants' inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and coordinate defect rectification and maintenance efforts to uphold the building's standards.

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and monthly operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Supervise contractors and external service providers to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards and timelines.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between tenants, other departments, insurance providers, and contractors

  • Provide guidance, supervision, and ongoing training to team members to enhance their performance and skill sets.

  • Prepare incident reports promptly and contribute to the generation of monthly operational reports for analysis and review.

  • Cultivate a customer-focused approach, striving to understand and meet tenants' needs to build loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork among cross-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives.

  • Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and make informed decisions.

  • Take proactive measures to address defects reported by the helpdesk or tenants promptly and effectively.

  • Ensure comprehensive management and oversight of all contracts within the building to uphold contractual obligations and standard.

  • Maintain accurate records of tenant occupancy and related documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance.
