Job Description

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about people and creating great workplace experiences. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Budapest office — helping employees, visitors, and clients feel supported and valued from the moment they arrive. You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, smooth operations, and a friendly, efficient environment that reflects our organizational values.

Location: Budapest, Hungary
During the first few months, the main floor of the site will be under refurbishment. This means you’ll start with a back-office focus — a great opportunity to learn about the site, our processes, and team culture before stepping into a fully operational front-of-house role when the space reopens.

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience & Reception Management

  • Create a positive first impression by providing warm, professional greetings to all visitors.
  • Manage visitor registration, calls, meeting coordination, and office technology support.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to make every workplace interaction smooth and enjoyable.
  • Support workplace events and initiatives that bring people together.

Operations & Safety Excellence

  • Help maintain a comfortable, safe, and well-functioning office environment in partnership with facilities management.
  • Monitor service standards and ensure everything runs efficiently and securely.
  • Participate in safety checks, contractor verification, and emergency coordination as needed.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Actively collect and act on feedback to make the workplace even better.
  • Support events, analyze performance data, and help implement service improvements that exceed expectations.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or facilities management — corporate workplace experience is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Discreet, reliable, and adaptable — you can handle sensitive information and changing priorities with ease.
  • Professional presentation and readiness for occasional physical tasks.

What You Can Expect From Us

Comprehensive Benefits

  • Full-time employment with a competitive package, including private healthcare and life insurance.
  • A supportive, inclusive multinational environment that values your wellbeing and professional growth.

Career & Development

  • Clear opportunities to grow — whether you’re building new skills, taking on bigger responsibilities, or exploring other career paths within our organization.
  • Freedom to share ideas and take initiative.
  • Access to professional training and a collaborative workplace culture that encourages learning and contribution.
