業務概要

• システム開発プロジェクトの企画から運用までのプロジェクト全体の管理・推進

• 海外の技術部門や国内ビジネス部門との要件整理・調整業務・仕様提案

• エンジニアチームのマネジメント

• 既存の中規模社内業務アプリケーションの運用業務（「不動産管理システム」「顧客管理用のプラットフォーム」のアプリケーション等々）

必須スキル

• 英語を使ったコミュニケーション経験 (3年以上の経験があれば尚可)

• システム開発プロジェクトでのPM経験 (5年以上の経験があれば尚可)

-2～5名以上のチームマネジメント経験

• 要件定義から運用保守までの一連の開発工程の理解と推進

• 基本的なIT業務経験（インフラ、データベース、WEBアプリケーション等）

歓迎スキル

• SQL Serverの開発・運用経験

• オンプレミスサーバー（Windows Server）の運用経験

• .NETのWebアプリケーション運用経験

• アジャイル開発の理解
