We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR2 Senior Manager to join our Office Leasing Advisory team in Malaysia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our office leasing business, providing strategic advice to clients and driving business development initiatives in the Malaysian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead office leasing transactions for major corporate clients and landlords

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the office leasing portfolio

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, landlords, and industry stakeholders

• Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients on office leasing trends and opportunities

• Manage and mentor a team of leasing professionals, fostering their growth and development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and represent the company at industry events

• Monitor and analyze market trends, preparing regular market reports and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on office leasing

• Proven track record of successfully closing large office leasing transactions

• Strong understanding of the Malaysian office market and real estate trends

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
