JLLのグローバルネットワークを活用し、国内外からの評価や市場判断を加味した効果的な売却を実現。　また、取得においては、すべて投資家の目線に立った最適なアドバイスを行います。

主な業務内容：収益不動産（投資用及び事業用不動産）の売買仲介営業

• クライアントの要望に応じた売却情報の収集、分析・調査、提案書の作成
• 物件選定及び物件紹介、現地案内等
• 不動産売買契約、重要事項説明、引渡し業務全般
• 契約書類作成、条件交渉等、上記に付随関連する業務

取扱物件：事業用不動産（オフィス、開発用地、物流施設、商業施設等）

主なクライアント：国内・海外の事業法人、不動産投資家、金融機関等

【必須条件：経験・スキル】

• 不動産業界、金融業界、商社などで法人営業経験2年以上
• MS Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）の基本操作スキル
• 高いコミュニケーション能力
• 4年制大学卒以上

【歓迎する経験・資格】

• 不動産仲介会社で売買仲介の業務経験（重要事項説明書、売買契約書等の作成など）
• 宅地建物取引士
• 不動産鑑定士資格者
• 英語力：ビジネスレベル

【給与体系】

年俸＋コミッション制　※職階による

＊宅地建物取引士資格について未取得の場合は、入社後取得必須です
