Deine Aufgaben

• Vermittlung & Beratung: Vermiete Industrie- und Logistikflächen in Norddeutschland**• Strategische Analyse:** Erarbeite Nutzungskonzepte, Standortanalysen und Marktuntersuchungen

• Kundenbeziehungen: Akquiriere Neukunden und betreue bestehende Mandanten professionell

• Projektmanagement: Bearbeite Vermietungsobjekte und größere Flächengesuche eigenverantwortlich

• Dokumentation: Führe Kundenakten im CRM-System Argo gewissenhaft

• Vertrieb: Bearbeite Alleinvermietungsaufträge erfolgreich

• Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit unseren Teams in Deutschland und international zusammen

• Präsentation: Bereite Kundentermine vor und führe Verhandlungen durch

• Cross-Selling: Identifiziere und entwickle zusätzliche Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Dein Profil

Ausbildung:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Immobilienschwerpunkt oder

• Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung

Erfahrung:

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb gewerblicher Immobilien

• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien

• fundierte Ortskenntnisse in Hamburg und dem norddeutschen Markt von Vorteil

Kompetenzen:

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Ausgeprägte Akquisitionsstärke und Kundenorientierung

• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Eigeninitiative
