What this job involves:

The candidate will be mainly responsible for Business Development for Consulting practices across West India plus oversee the execution of Converted assignments.

• Support the West India Consulting in Business Development activities

• Identifying clients proactively who would require real estate advisory services (best use studies, feasibility studies, location consultancy, financial viability analyses, and all advisory and consulting services related to real estate sector)

• Preparing client pitches, proposals and presentations.

• Reaching out to new prospects.

• Assist in managing the overall BD and sales process, maintaining regular contact with your stakeholders to keep pursuits moving ahead.

• Pitch and secure Real estate advisory assignments and collaborate with various teams for execution

KEY SKILLS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Core Management Consulting Experience, Research & Analytics Experience preferably in Real Estate.

• Understanding of Real Estate Advisory assignments.

• Excellent Presentation and Financial Skills

QUALIFICATION

• MBA (any specialization), Any Graduate

• 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience in Real Estate Consulting and Business Development.
