What this job involves:

Building harmonious relationships

In this job, you’ll need to interact with many people from different departments to

seamlessly take care of leases. Your sharp people skills will come in handy because you

will be the go-between person for tenants, marketing agents, solicitors, and relevant

government authorities. You will also sit down with salespeople, top executives, customers,

tenants, contractors and clients to ensure the success of projects and events. On top of all

these, you should be able to guide your tenants in all lease rules, and encourage them to

take part in the property’s events and activities.

Weaving visions and possibilities

Creativity is at the heart of your day-to-day tasks. You will dream up fresh ideas and

implement advertising programmes and promotional strategies for the property. You’ll

also be expected to hammer out deals with suppliers and vendors, and set budgets,

event costs, and advertising contracts in order. You should also be able to keep track and

analyse trends in our campaigns, and find out how effective they are.

To ensure that everything is in place, you will need to keep an eagle eye on all advertising

copy and layouts, and edit scripts, video and audio tapes, and other promotional materials

to enhance our products and services.

Well-versed in the field

Do you have at least a diploma or a degree in business or marketing? How about at least

two or three years of experience in a retail mall or mixed development? If yes, we’re keen
