Fire & Safety:
Compliance with Fire Safety Regulations:
o Ensure adherence to local, state, and national Indian fire safety laws and regulations.
o Support the property manager and team to Liaise with local fire departments and regulatory authorities to ensure
proper fire safety approvals.
Fire Safety Systems Management:
o Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of fire detection and suppression systems, including alarms,
sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency lighting with the help of fire marshal and team.
o Ensure regular inspection and testing of fire safety equipment’s.
o Maintain records of fire safety drills, inspections, and any incidents.
Fire Safety Training and Drills:
o Develop and implement fire safety training programs for staff and vendors.
o Act as a key resource for emergency response planning and execution.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
o Conduct fire risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
o Propose and implement corrective actions to mitigate fire risks in collaboration with the property mngt. team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with the property management team, contractors, and external vendors to ensure proper
implementation and maintenance of fire safety measures.
o Keep the management informed on fire safety performance and report on safety incidents.
EHS (ENVIRONMENT HEALTH & SAFETY)
o Specialized in driving Environment Health & safety (EHS) management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001,
focusing on enhancing organizational performance within acquired office buildings.
o Possess extensive knowledge of Indian Safety, Health, and Environment regulatory requirements including NBC,
BOCW, Factory act standards.
o Implementation and monitoring of HSE Policy, Objectives, Manual, Procedures / Method of Statements, Risk
Assessment, RCA, Waste Management, Hygiene at work, etc.
o Document Control and reporting system for EHS management system. She / He supports Property Manager in
developing safety systems and procedures as well as conducting safety audits as per the requirements.
o Preparation and participation in ISO 14001 & 45001 documentation and audits & Compliance.
o Conducts all training necessary to meet the requirements of government regulations, corporate policies and
location needs.
o Motivate and involve property management for effective implementation of EHS management system through
various initiatives
o Carryout safety inspections in order to observe the work practice procedures followed by the workers and to plan
measures for reducing the unsafe physical conditions
o Assist property management team for investigation of incidents and suggest remedial measures as a TEAM
Member.
o Managing data & providing statistical reports to client regarding the performance of HSE Management.
