Wat ga je doen?

Jouw technische expertise in actie

Als onze nieuwe collega word je de spil in het technisch beheer van moderne faciliteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect functioneert door service-aanvragen van bewoners en gebruikers professioneel op te volgen en storingen snel op te lossen. Van gepland onderhoud tot acute reparaties - jij houdt alles draaiende binnen de afgesproken service levels.

Dagelijkse uitdagingen die jou energiek maken

• Bedienen en onderhouden van kritieke assets en BMI-systemen tijdens planmatig onderhoud en bij storingen
• Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het nauwkeurig registreren van bevindingen in ons Corrigo en/of Maximo-systeem
• Direct oplossen van meldingen en storingen, waarbij je zelfstandig werkt binnen duidelijke KPI's
• Coördineren van externe specialisten wanneer complexere werkzaamheden nodig zijn
• Begeleiden en controleren van subcontractors bij onderhoudsprojecten
• Beheren van het geavanceerde gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS) en adequaat reageren op alle meldingen

Wie zoeken we?

Jouw technische achtergrond

• Afgeronde technische opleiding en ruime ervaring in industrieel Facility Management
• Ervaring met life science of productieomgevingen is een pré
• Praktische kennis van gebouwonderhoud en reparatietechnieken

• Proactieve, hands-on mentaliteit met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
• Zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden

Technische competenties die je meebrengt

• Ervaring met CAFM-systemen
• Vaardigheid in MS Office
• Bereidheid om PTW-procedures correct op te volgen
