We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Logistics and Industrial team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to grow JLL's logistics and industrial real estate business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and industrial sectors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations and proposals

Market Intelligence

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators
• Produce insightful market reports and forecasts to support business decisions

Transaction Management

• Lead complex logistics and industrial property transactions
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients and landlords
• Ensure smooth execution of deals from inception to completion

Team Leadership

• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Vietnam office

Financial Performance

• Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets
• Manage project budgets and ensure profitability of assignments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in industrial/logistics real estate or related industries
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese real estate market, particularly in logistics and industrial sectors
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
• Leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with real estate software and databases
• Strong presentation and report writing skills
• Project management capabilities
