About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist, Digital Marketing to lead integrated campaigns, content initiatives, and day-to-day operations across digital channels. Acting as the second-in-command to the Team Lead/Manager, this role requires strong expertise in campaign, content, and design management, operational excellence, and stakeholder management capability. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, collaborative, and able to independently manage multiple projects while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Strategic & Accountability:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital campaigns across social media, owned, and earned channels.

Ensure all communication and creative outputs reflect the brand’s identity, tone, and positioning.

Represent the team in discussions, proactively identifying opportunities to expand scope and add value.

Present campaign insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
-
Lead cross-functional initiatives across creative, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure operational excellence.

Maintain clear documentation, reporting standards, and governance protocols for campaign/content creation activities.
Supervision
-
Act as the senior-most social media/content/campaign team member supporting the Team Lead/Manager in managing daily operations and workload distribution.

Represent the team in meetings and cross-departmental discussions when required.

Ensure effective delegation and cross-training within the team to enable bandwidth for key initiatives – only when required
-
Foster a culture of ownership, learning, inclusiveness, and high performance.

Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, team trainings, and capability-building workshops.
-
Model strong communication etiquette, professionalism, and team culture.
-
Promote clarity, transparency, and collaboration while constructively addressing team dynamics challenges.
Operational Excellence

Follow and oversee daily operations, workflow optimization, and adherence to process standards (Workfront, Prohance, internal trackers).
-
Support in monitoring operational metrics such as productivity, production availability, and overall efficiency, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.

Lead process improvement and automation initiatives using AI tools and other technologies.
-
Support, create and maintain end-to-end project tracking, dashboards, and operational performance reports.

Drive coordination between internal teams (design, content,etc.) for timely output and quality assurance.
-
Ensure compliance with all internal governance, office policies, and data management standards.

Support in managing intake and delivery digital projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
-
Act as the primary contact for high-priority clients, handling communications, escalations, and strategic discussions with minimal oversight.

Lead project reviews and brainstorming sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Develop and present data-driven strategies to improve client performance and satisfaction.
-
Identify opportunities to expand service scope and strengthen business relationships.
-
Support the Manager in developing new marketing offerings and thought leadership initiatives.

Represent the team at internal events, showcasing expertise and building team visibility when needed
Requirements:

5–7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or creative operations.
-
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, omnichannel campaign design, and cross-team coordination.

Deep knowledge of content production, platform management, and digital performance optimization.
-
Excellent communication skills with experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and internal partners.
-
Proven ability to mentor junior team members and maintain high team morale.
-
Demonstrated experience balancing strategic leadership and day-to-day execution.
