Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Hochbauprojekte

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Project Manager (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

• Du berätst namhafte Auftraggeber bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung ihrer spannenden Hochbauprojekte
• Zielgerichtetes Steuern und Koordinieren von internen und externen Projektteams zum Projekterfolg
• Überwachen von Kosten, Terminen, Qualitäten und Quantitäten über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit
• Du behältst stets die Prozesse der Projektfertigstellung, der Inbetriebnahme und der Übergabe im Blick

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Versorgungstechnik, Projektmanagement Bau oder vergleichbar
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager o.ä., bei der Bearbeitung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten (mind. 5 Jahre)
• Du bist motiviert, selbstbewusst und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Du hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, einen hohen Anspruch an die Qualität deiner Arbeit und arbeitest dich auch in bislang unbekannte Fragestellungen bis zur erfolgreichen Klärung ein
• Grundlegende bis fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Verordnungen (AHO, HOAI, VOB)
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Fundierte Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, einige unserer Projekte werden auf Englisch bearbeitet
