El técnico de facilidades provee todos los mantenimientos, reparaciones y restauraciones de las facilidades incluyendo trabajos en carpintería, plomería, pintura, masillado, lavado con máquinas de presión. Debe tener conocimiento en reparación de vehículos industriales y/o carros de golf. Realiza movimientos de equipos de oficina y remodelaciones. Experiencia en ambientes controlados (GMP).

Responsabilidades:

• Realiza tareas generales de handyman para mantener las facilidades en buen estado

• Pinta las superficies interiores y exteriores del edificio

• Realiza reparaciones de techos menores

• Instala y sustituye aislamientos en tuberías y sistemas mecánicos

• Mantiene y repara cerraduras, mecanismos de cierre, cierres, puertas y controladores

• Mantener y reparar componentes de fontanería, incluyendo inodoros, urinarios, lavabos, válvulas de descarga, fuentes de agua, fregaderos, desagües, calentadores de agua, tuberías y bombas de sumidero

• Proporcionar todos los demás procedimientos de mantenimiento, reparación y restauración del edificio según las instrucciones

• Parcha y pinta oficinas, exteriores y entornos de trabajo controlados

• Experiencia en pintura epoxica

• Se valorará la experiencia en entornos de trabajo controlados

• Mantener las bombillas

• Mantenimiento general de la oficina - colgar cuadros, instalar bandejas para teclados y reparar sistemas de mobiliario de oficina

• Reparaciones menores del sistema de riego del césped

• Realiza tareas especiales que incluyen pintura, trabajos de cerrajería, solicitudes de servicios a inquilinos, limpieza especial y mantenimiento general según se le asigne

• Traslada el mobiliario de oficina, la maquinaria, el equipo y otros materiales según se le solicite

• Cumple con las políticas de almacenamiento, uso y eliminación seguros de materiales peligrosos

• Mantiene un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro

• Mantiene los registros del trabajo realizado de forma limpia y organizada.

• Todas las demás funciones y tareas que se le asignen

Requisitos:

• +1 año de experiencia en posición de Handyman

• Licencia de conducir
