The Director of IS Business Applications is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software applications that support the GTM key business functions.

This role ensures that business applications support organizational goals, are aligned with IT strategies, and deliver a high level of user satisfaction. The manager leads team leads and team of business analysts, coordinating efforts to ensure smooth and efficient system operations across departments.

As a Director of IS Business Application at JFrog you will…

  • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce business analysts, project managers, including hiring, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and supporting technical and professional development.

  • Responsible for the design, deployment, and support of business applications.

  • Work closely with the internal go-to-market stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, understanding their processes, and gathering requirements to define and manage the execution of new solutions supporting JFrog’s goals and growth.

  • Monitor, control, and assess the deployment of deliverables.

  • Ensure proper documentation, training, and support processes are in place for all.

  • Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs)

To be a Director of IS Business Application at JFrog you need…

  • 12+ years of experience in Salesforce & other business application implementations, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role

  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end business processes (L2C & Q2C - Must)

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application platforms and system integrations

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional global teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in a global tech company

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - an advantage
