Role Summary:

We’re looking for a QA Engineer with a strong background in **Information Systems **to join our CIO QA team. This is a hands-on role focusing on the quality assurance of critical internal systems such as ERP, CRM, Billing, and other enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute manual and semi-automated test cases for various IS applications

Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand system flows and integrations

Validate end-to-end processes and system stability across multiple platforms

Identify defects and areas of improvement in existing IS tools and workflows

Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and results

Requirements

4+ years of experience in QA roles focused on Information Systems

Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP, CRM, Billing (Salesforce proficiency is a must)

Experience in writing and executing test cases for complex system flows

Basic understanding of API testing

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with automation tools or platforms

Note: We are located in Bangalore (Bellandur) and follow mandatory 3 days work from office.
