At JFrog, we’re reinventing DevOps to help the world’s greatest companies innovate – and we want you along for the ride. This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit, and just all-around great people. Here, if you’re willing to do more, your career can take off. And since software plays a central role in everyone’s lives, you’ll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production – a concept we call “liquid software.” Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us on our journey?

JFrog Fly is a new AI-native product designed to redefine artifact management and software delivery for modern development teams. We are seeking a leading Principal Product Manager who wants to build something net-new and move faster than the market can keep up. This role requires a deep technical grasp of the software supply chain and agentic development workflows, from code to runtime.

As a Principal Product Manager at JFrog Fly you will…

  • Drive product market fit through high-signal experimentation, continuously refining assumptions to precisely surface the AI-driven workflows developers truly rely on.

  • Ship early, learn aggressively, and iterate in tight loops, taking ideas from concept to production at a pace that matches the speed of AI innovation itself.

  • Turn complexity into invisibility and make value obvious within minutes of first use by obsessing over real-world behavior, eliminating friction, and amplifying leverage.

  • Design agentic, self-directed workflows that collapse hours of manual work into moments of intelligent automation.

  • Sharpen the product narrative, translating complex AI capabilities into a clear, compelling value proposition that resonates with users.

  • Engage directly with early adopters, gathering their qualitative feedback.

To be a Principal Product Manager at JFrog you need…

  • 5+ years in E2E Product Management, preferably in Developer Tools or SaaS, with a track record of shipping products to technical users.

  • Past engineering or developer experience is a must.

  • Deep passion for AI-first development and a strong belief that agentic systems will redefine how software is built and delivered.

  • Obsessive currency on the fast-moving agentic DevOps landscape, tracking new workflows, tools, standards, and breakthroughs, and ability to translate those insights directly into product decisions.

  • Deep technical proficiency in the modern software development lifecycle. You must be comfortable with GitHub ecosystems (Actions, APIs) and Kubernetes concepts.

  • Experience driving the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, from vision and strategy to rapid execution.

  • An ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity, and thrive in high-velocity environments.

  • Strong DX, UX, and product design approach, with a focus on building simple, intuitive user-facing products.

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal
