About us:
Jam City are looking for a motivated and skilled Lead Producer to join our team.

You’ll work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and other producers to develop new game content like features, events, sales, and visuals.

About the role:

They are accountable for the overall success of the project, managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple teams.

Lead Producers drive strategic decisions, foster a collaborative and efficient development environment (potentially leveraging agile frameworks), and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders, including executive leadership.

They typically manage a team of Producers and other production staff, providing mentorship and guidance.

This role reports to an Executive Producer, Product Director or GM.
