    • SSP onboarding and configuration
    • DSP integration, targeting, and delivery pathways
    • Email platform integrations (ESP, data pipelines, segmentation logic)
    • Identity resolution, event tracking, and activation data flows
  • Ensure deployment readiness, scalability, and successful adoption across clients and internal teams

Ad‑Tech & Martech Expertise (DSP/SSP/Email)

  • Define product requirements for:
  • DSP buying operations (bidding, pacing, optimization, campaign setup)
    • SSP supply operations (inventory management, deal IDs, PMP execution, reporting)
  • Own end‑to‑end activation workflows across programmatic and email channels

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Build and execute the roadmap for Media OS activation and endemic capabilities
  • Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, revenue impact, and client needs
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to support omnichannel optimization and measurement

Cross‑Functional Execution

  • Collaborate across engineering, operations, publisher relations, GTM, and client services to deliver high‑quality product releases
  • Support commercial organizations with messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement for endemic offerings

Product Delivery & Predictability

  • Create the strategy required for Product Managers and Products Owners to write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with broader business and platform goals
  • Drive structured product discovery to validate concepts, reduce risk, and improve engineering throughput

Integrations & Ecosystem Management

  • Oversee integration lifecycles for DSPs, SSPs, ESPs, identity partners, analytics providers, and measurement platforms
  • Ensure seamless operation across ad‑tech systems via testing, QA, release coordination, and ongoing support

Operational Health

  • Partner with platform operations and engineering teams to:
  • Triage incidents
    • Monitor activation and delivery success
    • Improve reliability, performance, and data integrity
    • Feed operational insights back into roadmap prioritization
