We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals for the Consultant position who want to develop their careers in healthcare consulting.

As a Consultant, you will work on diverse management consulting projects for our clients – mainly in Poland, but also across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and solve key client challenges
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on proven consulting methodologies
• Build client relationships and support identification of new business opportunities
• Expand knowledge of the healthcare market and pharma industry trends
• Apply consulting tools and methods in life sciences projects
• Participate in training and share knowledge within the team

What we expect:

• Experience in consulting or healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable conclusions
• Excellent command of Polish and English, and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 158 500,00 zł - 294 300,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
