岗位职责：

• 协助HR Business Partner团队完成公司人才发展及培训项目等相关事宜（工作比重60%）
• 参与公司文化建设、员工关系等项目的事务支持，并使用多媒体进行相关内容制作及推广（工作比重20%）
• 支持业务部门进行系统运作、档案管理等相关事宜（工作比重10%）
• 辅助HR团队成员完成其他工作（工作比重10%）

任职要求：

• 全日制本科学历及以上的在校生，社会心理学专业，传媒类专业，商业分析、管理类相关专业优先
• 工作认真负责，细心踏实，做事有条理，抗压能力强
• 熟练操作MS Office相关软件，会使用视频编辑软件是加分项
• 中英文书面和口头表达流利，善于沟通
• 每周至少实习3 天，至少持续3 个月，可尽快入职
